Requirements for New Graduates

Positions Administrative: Sales, general affairs, personnel, accounting, procurement, corporate planning, etc.
Technical: Research and development, production engineering, facility design, analysis, etc.
Areas of study Administrative: Any area of study
Technical: Metals, materials, chemistry, mechanics, electricity, physics, data science, etc.
Openings Administrative: 2-3
Technical: 7-8
Starting salary Masters: \264,860
Bachelors: \247,320

Allowances Urban allowance, commuting expenses, overtime allowance, executive allowance, family allowance, etc.
Salary increases and bonuses Increase: Once per year (April)
Bonuses: Twice per year (June/December)
Days off and holidays 2 days off each week (Saturday/Sunday), public holidays, May Day, New Year holidays, annual paid leave, refreshment leave, etc.

Working locations Tokyo Head Office, Osaka Office, Office (Tokushima, Ibaraki, Toyama, Niigata, Fukushima, Hokkaido), Research Laboratory (Tokushima), and more
Working hours Tokyo Head Office/Osaka Office: 9:00-17:30 (flexible scheduling available, core hours: 11:00-14:00)
Plants/Research Laboratory: 8:00-16:40

  • Company information session

    We look forward to meeting you at a company information session.

  • Submit application/take aptitude test

    We accept your application and administer an aptitude test.

  • Document screening

    We screen applicants based on their applications and aptitude test results.

  • Interview

    We conduct multiple interviews. (normally 2-3 times)

  • Job offer

    The procedure may differ depending on the time of year.
