1925 Ogaki Denki Yakin Kogyosho Co. established. Production of various ferroalloys started
1937 Industrial chemical business started at Kuriyama in Hokkaido
1963 Nippon Denki Yakin Co., Ltd. and Toho Denka Co., Ltd. merged, Nippon Denko Co., Ltd. formed
(Ferroalloy & Industrial chemicals) (New materials & Environmental recycling systems)
1969 Tokushima Plant with a 30,000 d.w.t ore landing pier completed
1973 Environmental recycling system business started
1984 Ferro-boron manufacturing facilities using an electric furnace in Hokuriku Plant completed
1989 Zirconium oxide manufacturing facilities in Tokushima Plant completed
1992 New regeneration facilities of MINICHROPACK in Koriyama Plant completed
Additional High-carbon Ferro-boron manufacturing facilities in Hokuriku Plant completed
